How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the engagement and are shared on request. They are then set out in a written proposal or agreement, with the payment schedule and any deposit, before any work starts.
In person or virtual?
Both can be discussed. Dates, location and duration are set by agreement.
What if we need to cancel or move the date?
Unless your written agreement says otherwise, the Refund Policy applies: "If you need to cancel or move a booked engagement, tell us in writing as early as you can. Where we have not yet started work or incurred costs, we will normally refund any amount paid in advance in full. Where we have already prepared material, reserved time or paid third-party costs on your behalf, we may keep a fair part of the amount paid to cover that work and those costs."
