One-time digital products
14-day money-back guarantee on all one-time digital products. If it is not right for you, email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Implementation and Done-For-You services are not refundable. Subscriptions are covered by the subscription terms.
1:1 calls and workshop sessions: Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session; once a session has been delivered it is not refundable.

Who this policy covers
This Refund Policy applies to anything bought through shihansheriff.com, which is operated by SS Coaching, LLC, 500 Westover Dr #19289, Sanford, NC 27330, USA. Please read it before you buy. Contact info@moneymasterhq.com with any question.
Books
Our books are sold by third-party retailers such as Amazon. The retailer sets the price, takes the payment and decides the refund and return terms for its own store, so a refund request for a book bought there must go to that retailer. Free chapters are free and carry no charge.
Every book listed on this site links to Amazon, so this is the process for those books. One-time digital products covers only what you buy from us directly.
Speaking, workshops and advisory
Keynote speaking, corporate workshops, advisory and fractional CFO work are agreed in writing before they start. The written proposal or agreement sets out the fees, the payment schedule, any deposit and the cancellation and refund terms for that engagement. If it says nothing on a point, the rules below apply. These are services, not one-time digital products.
A 1:1 call or workshop bought as a single session follows the session rule in One-time digital products.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move a booked engagement, tell us in writing as early as you can. Where we have not yet started work or incurred costs, we will normally refund any amount paid in advance in full. Where we have already prepared material, reserved time or paid third-party costs on your behalf, we may keep a fair part of the amount paid to cover that work and those costs.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will not renew after the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

How to ask for a refund
Email info@moneymasterhq.com and tell us your name, the email address used for the purchase, the date of purchase and what you bought. We aim to reply within five business days.
How refunds are paid
A refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so that we can put things right quickly. We may share records of the purchase and our correspondence with your bank to answer a dispute.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page on the day you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
